Gay Oslo is a city full of zest and life throughout the whole year. Oslo is a very gay-friendly city to visit and the large gay, lesbian, and bisexual community ensures that Oslo has it all - from the highbrow of an art show to the outdoor parties through all seasons.
The city is small in size and number of inhabitants, but the city has a lot to offer, everything from gourmet food and adventure, to shopping and culture in all forms. The best place to start, however, is in the city centre itself. Walking and cycling are part of the relaxed Oslo lifestyle, and why not stop by one of the gay or gay-friendly cafes in the city centre where the main gay and lesbian community is to be found. The gay and lesbian nightlife offers distinct venues for girls, and even more for guys, but mostly you will find a mixed crowd of men and women at Oslo’s clubs, bars and cafes.
