.Pride Week 2007Pride Week in Toronto is one of the largest Prides in the world, and one of the three largest Prides in North America. An integral part of Canada’s history as an open and diverse society, Pride week in Toronto is a one-of-a-kind event. In 2006 we celebrated our rich Canadian heritage and inclusive city with seven unique days of arts and cultural programming. Please join us in 2007 when we celebrate 10 days of Pride in Toronto.
Pride Toronto has been in existence, in various forms, since the late 1970s and annually since 1981. Over the years, what began as a statement of the existence of lesbians and gays, has evolved into the inclusive and dynamic arts and culture festival it is today
Pride Week Kick-Off Events:• Pride Toronto Media Launch and VIP Party• Official Pride Week Kick-off Launch Party• The Flag Raising Ceremony at City Hall• Pride Awards and Gala Dinner

•Seven Entertainment Stages over three days Friday June 22nd – Sunday June 24th
